I've been responsible for both system architecture and core application logic — designing a multi-agent system that handles patient queries, appointment workflows, and medical information retrieval across multiple healthcare customers.

Built the real-time retrieval layer for semantic search over patient and customer data, developed a complete appointment management flow through conversational interfaces, and led the knowledge ingestion pipeline that lets healthcare providers upload and manage their own data through a B2B microsite.

Also built a speech transcription and summarization system for doctor-patient conversations, and currently developing a call-based AI agent that extends everything to phone interactions — answering queries, managing appointments, and sending automated reminders.

This role strengthened my experience building user-facing conversational systems with a focus on voice interaction and real-time responsiveness.
